Please read these Terms of Service carefully before enrolling in any course or using the AfroCodersHub platform. By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these terms.
AfroCodersHub LLC ("AfroCodersHub", "we", "us", or "our") is a technology education company incorporated in Virginia, USA. We provide online tech training programs, consulting services, and digital solutions. Our registered address is Sterling, Virginia, USA.
By accessing our website (afrocodershub.tech), student portal (portal.afrocodershub.tech), or enrolling in any course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Each live cohort is limited to 20 students. Submitting a payment request reserves your seat for 24 hours. Your enrolment is confirmed only after payment is verified by our team.
Upon confirmed payment, you will receive access to Google Classroom within 24 hours via email. Access includes all course materials, recordings, assignments, and resources for the duration of the program.
We accept payments via Zelle (instant, no fee) and PayPal (invoice sent to your email). All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment must be completed within 24 hours of submitting an enrolment request to secure your seat.

To request a refund, email contactus@afrocodershub.tech with your full name, course, and payment reference. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Live sessions may be rescheduled by AfroCodersHub with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Rescheduled sessions do not qualify for refunds. We aim to provide makeup sessions for any missed classes.
Your course access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your Google Classroom access, login credentials, or course materials with third parties will result in immediate removal from the program without refund. You may not record, redistribute, or resell any course content.
All course content, materials, videos, slides, and resources are the intellectual property of AfroCodersHub LLC. You may use course materials for personal learning only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
A Certificate of Completion is issued upon successful completion of the full program, including the real-world capstone project. Certificates are issued digitally and may be added to LinkedIn profiles and shared with employers.
AfroCodersHub offers scholarships to eligible applicants who demonstrate financial need and commitment to learning. Scholarship awards are at the sole discretion of AfroCodersHub. Recipients must agree to participate actively and complete the program. Scholarships are non-transferable.
AfroCodersHub provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding employment outcomes, certification pass rates, or specific career results. We are committed to providing high-quality education but cannot guarantee individual outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfroCodersHub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Loudoun County, Virginia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify enrolled students of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
